As the school bus began to pull away from Trinity’s main parking lot, the driver honked the horn, acknowledging the waving kindergarteners who lined the sidewalk by the entrance of the church.
“We wanted to tell them bye and to have a good time,” one of Trinity’s kindergartners shared, regarding the bus load of Trinity seventh-graders and leaders who were on their way to Camp Io-Dis-E-Ca on Monday for Outdoor Ed.
The kindergartners’ message: We got you.
As brothers and sisters in Christ, we are all in this together – in every endeavor – both near and far.
We got each other.
It’s paramount.
The devil is on the prowl, causing diversion and confusion.
Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings. – 1 Peter 5:8-9.
Standing firm as a family of believers in the faith – together in every endeavor – sharing the sweet sound of the Gospel.
That together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. – Romans 15:6.
It’s or calling – one of Trinity’s guiding pillars.
We got you.
He’s got you.
