    Experience: Mr. Meyer has been in education for 38 years. 

     

    Family: Mr. Meyer was born and raised in South Dakota. Mr. Meyer is married to Joy, and they have two daughters and two grandsons.

     

    Hobbies: Mr. Meyer enjoys reading, watching college sports, spending time with my family.

     

    What is special about Trinity: I am blessed to have the opportunity to work with a fantastic and dedicated staff who love Jesus, children, and families.

    • B.A.  Mass Communications - St. Ambrose University

    Experience: Mr. Leibold spent 16 years, working in the sports department for the Muscatine Journal and Quad-City Times before joining Trinity’s staff in 2013. 

     

    Family: Mr. Leibold was born in Monroe, Wis., and was raised in DeWitt, Iowa. Mr. Leibold is married to Bethany, and they have a daughter and a son. 

     

    Hobbies: Mr. Leibold enjoys running, spending time with his family, along with following the Iowa Hawkeyes, Green Bay Packers and Chicago Cubs.

     

    What is special about Trinity: Having the opportunity to witness children and adults grow in their faith and walk with Jesus on a daily basis is priceless.

    Business Manager



    Education: 

    • B.S. Accounting - Valparaiso University

    Experience: Trust Operations Officer/Banking, stay home mom, business manger for churches in Indiana and Davenport. Michelle has been at Trinity since 2011, first as Business Manger, then DMS, starting April 2018. Michelle has been on many different boards, councils and committees – usually serving as treasurer. Active in LWML and Valparaiso University Guild. 

     

    Family: Michelle grew up in Michigan. She lived in Valparaiso for 10 years before coming to Davenport. Michelle is married to Terry, and they have a son and a daughter.

     

    Hobbies: Listening to classical music, binge-watching period English dramas and trying new types of craft beer.

     

    What is special about Trinity: The vibrant ministry grounded in word and sacrament, the dedicated volunteers and the devoted staff.

    Comfort Dog


    Gracie is a trained Comfort Dog belonging to Trinity Lutheran Church and School giving comfort, compassion, presence and the message of Christ to all within our midst. She also interacts throughout the community serving and sharing the Word.


    Gracie is a golden retriever used in nursing homes, hospitals, classrooms, and also in disaster response situations. Her primary function is to be used as a bridge to touch others with mercy, compassion and to proclaim Christ.
